Individual Therapy – Individual therapy consists of just one individual and myself in the therapy space.
Relationship Therapy – Relationship therapy consists of two or more people in a relationship with one another and myself. These relationships can be intimate partners, family members, friends, coworkers, etc.
Identity Exploration – Identity exploration is about trying to find a better understanding of yourself, whether that be sexual identity, gender identity, or relational identity. Identity exploration also often involves exploring how your choose to express those identities.
Sex Therapy – Sex therapy is a form of counseling that focuses specifically on the issues of sex, sexual health, pleasure, and intimacy. It can be a safe place to explore underlying issues that you may find are impacting your journey to optimal sexuality within your relationships or within yourself.
Grief Processing – Finitude may be one of the hardest things we have to face in this world. Whether a loved one has passed away or you are facing another type of loss, grief processing is a way to honor all of your emotions and move through them in a therapeutic way.
A Relational Approach to the Sexual Self – This course is designed to help clinicians of all levels and expertise to work with relationship clients on understanding their sexuality and sexual selves through both a relational and an IFS lens.
Working with Grief (Parts I & II) – This two-part workshop takes an existential-humanistic approach to help clinicians better understand their clients’ grief and to hold what grief work can bring up within themselves.
Intake & Screening Training – This is training for therapy office administrators to help build better solutions for their intake and screening practices.
